End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Starlight Technologies regarding your use of the software products titled “Kernel Radar,” “AI Detection,” “DMA Firmware,” and “osu! Relax” (collectively, the “Software”). By installing, accessing, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Grant
Starlight Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely in accordance with this EULA. The license is:
- Bound to your user account (authenticated via Discord OAuth) and a single UUID.
- Bound to your hardware identification (HWID) for the applicable product.
- Valid for the duration of your active subscription period.
- For personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or sublicensed.
2. Software Description
The Software includes the following products, each with distinct functionality:
- Kernel Radar: A web-based, kernel-level radar overlay for Valorant providing real-time positional data via cloud injection.
- AI Detection: A neural network-powered computer vision engine for AI-assisted aim with humanized patterns.
- DMA Firmware: Custom FPGA firmware for Direct Memory Access devices featuring 1:1 emulation and IOMMU bypass capabilities, available for 75T and 100T chipsets.
- osu! Relax: A kernel-level osu! relax modification with humanized hold times and cloud-synced configuration.
3. Cloud Services
Certain Software features utilize cloud-based services, including configuration synchronization, web-based radar interfaces, and cloud injection. These services require an active internet connection and a valid subscription. Starlight Technologies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue cloud services at any time.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the Software solely for its intended purpose as described in the product documentation. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with:
- All applicable local, national, and international laws.
- Third-party platform terms of service, end-user license agreements, and community guidelines.
5. Prohibited Use
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code, algorithms, or internal structure of the Software.
- Unauthorized Distribution: Copying, redistributing, sublicensing, or making the Software available to any third party.
- Circumvention: Tampering with, bypassing, or attempting to defeat license verification, HWID binding, or any security mechanisms.
- Commercial Exploitation: Using the Software for commercial purposes, resale, or providing it as a service to others.
- Competitive Use: Using the Software in professional, tournament, or cash-prize competitive environments.
- Harmful Use: Using the Software to disrupt servers, harm other users, or engage in illegal activities.
6. User Data and Privacy
The Software collects certain data necessary for its operation, including hardware identification, authentication tokens, and configuration data. This data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to the collection and processing of this data.
7. No Warranty
The Software is provided “as-is” without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Starlight Technologies does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, undetectable, or compatible with all hardware configurations.
8. No Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances. By completing a purchase and receiving your license key, you acknowledge that digital delivery has occurred and waive any right of withdrawal.
9. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that use of the Software may violate third-party terms of service, which could result in penalties including but not limited to account suspensions, hardware bans, or permanent bans from third-party platforms. You assume all risk associated with such use and release Starlight Technologies from any liability for these consequences.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starlight Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Software, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data, profits, or reputation
- Account bans or suspensions from third-party platforms
- Hardware damage resulting from firmware installation
- System instability or incompatibility
- Actions taken by anti-cheat systems or game publishers
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Starlight Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Software in violation of this EULA or third-party agreements.
12. Termination
Starlight Technologies may terminate this EULA and revoke your license at any time if you fail to comply with any terms herein, engage in abusive behavior, or if continued service becomes impractical. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies.
13. Updates and Modifications
Starlight Technologies may release updates, patches, or modifications to the Software. You acknowledge that certain updates may be required for continued use and that features may change without prior notice.
14. Content Ownership
The Software and all associated content, including but not limited to code, documentation, interfaces, and communications, are the intellectual property of Starlight Technologies and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
15. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Severability
If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of this EULA shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Germany.
18. Force Majeure
Starlight Technologies shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, pandemics, government actions, or infrastructure failures.
19. Modification of Terms
Starlight Technologies reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Changes will be communicated through the Website or Discord. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
